Hi Emery - I wanted to write back on the comment you just left me on my blog. The recipe does say 1 package - 3 oz., and that is weird. I'd just recommend you use enough cream cheese to evenly spread over your whole loaf of bread. Either way, you can't mess up this recipe, it's so yummy! Let me know how that works out for you!
